Her comprehensive governance experience spans pre-IPO, M&A, capital raising, divestments, business separation, ownership transitions, shareholder engagement, board and CEO succession, remuneration strategy, digital marketing, and technology transformation initiatives.
Jo’s qualifications include a Master of Laws specialising in Enterprise Governance, a Bachelor of Business, and Sustainability Leadership, as well as corporate responsibility and change management credentials. She is also a Graduate of the AICD’s Company Directors course.
