Paul Fielding
Advisory Board MemberPaul Fielding is a seasoned professional with a diverse career, primarily in the Information Technology industry. His journey began in insolvency at Ernst and Young, where he honed his operational and commercial skills by managing several businesses at an early age.
Paul held operational responsibility across Australia for CPT Global, a publicly listed IT professional services business, restructuring and enhancing its profitability. Prior to this, he spent nearly five years at SMS Management and Technology, playing a pivotal role in expanding their contracting division.
In 1997, Paul founded an Internet Service Provision (ISP) company that rapidly grew to over 4,000 subscribers within the first two years. He successfully negotiated the sale of this business to the fourth-largest ISP in Australia.
Paul played a key role in successfully implementing Telstra’s Retail Service Provision model as a commercial consultant, transitioning over 300,000 mobile subscribers to an external entity. He was also involved in several of Telstra’s major outsourcing agreements, primarily from a commercial standpoint.
Paul successfully led Ingena Group Limited (ASX: IGL) and RXP Services Limited (ASX: RXP) to IPO, raising over $50m across both organisations. Both IGL and RXP experienced significant growth, organically and through acquisitions, with Paul playing a key role in these developments.
Paul is a highly skilled professional with strong commercial acumen. His proficiency in navigating complex and competitive landscapes and exceptional negotiation skills make him an invaluable asset to TMG.
